Dermatologists from Canada agree that ceramide helps reviving the skin and its elasticity and makes the skin cells stronger. Gamma oryzanol (r-oryzanol ) can be found in rice bran oil. It has similar chemical structure as hormones in human body. It promotes autonomic nervous system and regular heart rate, prevents depression and anxiety, including ones with hand shaking or excessive sweating in hands and feet.
